Bikram Yoga Alabang supports the Ayala Alabang Hospice Care Foundation Inc.
Last Saturday, I have witnessed the yoga class of Bikram Yoga and experienced it as well. This was the 2nd year anniversary of Bikram Yoga Alabang and to make it something to remember and worthwhile, they came up with an idea to share the love to the community. They have chosen to support the Ayala Alabang Hospice Care Foundation Inc.
The event was held at the roof deck of Puregold Molito in Alabang. This was my first time to experience a 90 minute yoga session.
According to Ms. Ginger Diaz (BYA studio director), the Yoga by Bikram Yoga is usually practiced in a room heated up to 40 degree Celsius.
Participants were asked to bring and donate goods such as infant cereals, canned goods, instant noodles and bottled waters for patients under the care of Ayala Alabang Hospice Care Foundation Inc.
The event was made possible with the help of the following sponsors:
Insular Life, Lightwater, Certified Calm for lending them with the Manduka Prolite Mats, Urban Luxe for the raffle, Pond’s and Vaseline and Molito Alabang where the event was held.
