My kids and neice had a bad experience with kiddie crew this year. No art materials provided (had to bring our own), only one badge was given (compared to daily badges from last year’s), and there was minimal supervision from McDonalds crew (how much more if yayas weren’t around?).
Probably coz we were scheduled on the last week yet still, no reason to take these kids for granted. They were left alone to greet customers, left alone to do their “daily art activity”…with kids aged 4-7 sa schedule nila, it caused them to be rowdy when no adult supervision was around! What’s worse was on the last day, graduation! The McDonalds crew did not inform us that tapos na pala yung program. Eh di the parents waited for an hour before we all realized na tapos na pala yung program! There were even lolo’s and lola’s invited. Imagine 1 hour of nothing before the the parents decided to go home instead.
T’was a lousy experience this year compared to the rest of the year’s… Never let my kids join again next year, if they do, don’t register at McDonald’s Jones, Cebu. Ang bagal pa ng customer service, walang paki pa yung mga crew with the kids!
