Family and Barkada Foodtrip at Crisostomo Restaurant
Even though it was raining last Saturday, my college friends and I still continued with our plan to have a lunch at Crisostomo Restaurant at Bluebay walk in Macapagal.
I was the one in charge of reservation, and I’m glad that Crisostomo was prompt to reply to my email. When we entered the restaurant, I was awed with the amazing interior designs. It looked like a blast from the past. The chandelier was stunning. The place was cozy and roomy too. Perfect for a quiet get together with your family and friends.
this is just one part of the beautiful interior design
Crisostomo offers a wide selection of Filipino dishes. We ordered the following dishes.
Santiago Lechon Kare Kare P525
Bella Bandida (Pan-fried milkfish belly with green and yellow bagoong) P295
Sinigang ni Eva (pork liempo) P455
delos Santos P1,695 (pork barbeque, liempo, chicken, pusit, bangus, tahong, inihaw na talong at atchara)
I love the tahong here, but I think this dish is too expensive though.
Iday (suman with batangas tsokolate) P150
Overall, we liked the kare-kare and the dessert from all the dishes we ordered. The pork sinigang in watermelon was too sweet for our taste buds. The fish was too bland when you will not put any condiments with it.
We were full though. Ang problem lang, feeling namin medyo minamadali kaming umalis ng crew, kaya na turn off mga friends ko.
Then last Tuesday, my two boys and I went to Alabang Town Center to do some errands. We had lunch at Crisostomo ATC.
These are the dishes we ordered. I tried to order a different dish from what my friends and I had last time.
This was Ren’s video review of the place and on what he ate (kinamatisang pork).
The service at ATC is way better than the Bluebay walk. I went there as a walk-in customer, it’s a good thing that there were available seats for the three of us. The place is smaller compared to the one at Bluebay, but it still has the same cozy blast from the past feeling on the interior.
Then just today, I treated my Castillo family at Crisostomo Bluebay walk.
Compared to the last time my barkada went there, the service is quite better now with my family. We felt the warm welcome and we were served well. Thank you!
If you’re curious why we had so many trips at Crisostomo for this month, it’s because I bought some vouchers from Supreme deals. They offered P1,000 worth of dishes for only P550. Wasn’t it great?!

also tried Crisostomo at Fairview Terraces. The Pinoy dish names are very catchy, had fun ordering them.

Pag tingin ko sa first picture sabi ko parang familiar and I was right sa blue bay nga. 😀 Madalas kami dati dyan dahil sa the food club, contis and jco. Haven’t really noticed Crisostomo Restaurant but the pictures looks so delicious.
