Will Willie Revillame go back to the noontime show Wowowee?
It’s been a week after Willie Revillame (host of Wowowee) declared his annoyance to Jobert Sucaldito (columnist). After he treatened the Management of ABS-CBN that he will resign from the show if they will not fire Jobert Sucaldito, after that incident, people have never seen him on the show. People are talking about it in Facebook and there are even petitions to Oust Willie Revillame from Wowowee.
I don’t like Willie too, since there are times that when I don’t have anything else to watch and I drop by to his show wherein I can see his rudeness to his staffs. Even his co-host looks like a robot when he’s around. They all do, whatever Willie wants them to do like dancing, making impromptu jokes etc. I also heard him get angry to a camera man who happens to forget to wear his jacket, he didn’t even ask for his reason maybe the camera man really didn’t wear his jacket because it’s hot and yet Willie wanted him to put it on. I also get tired of the introductory song they always sing EVERYDAY!
In Facebook there are groups of people who asked for 1,000,000 signature to Oust Willie Revillame in Wowowee. As of this writing there are already 83,455 fan of that site and it keeps on growing.
I know, it’s not right to judge a person especially if you don’t know him personally, but he’s a public figure and people always see what he is doing. If there are people like me who don’t like him, there are still many people out there who loves him too. They may have seen something good in Willie that I didn’t see or maybe because I don’t watch his show as often as them.
For me, if Willie really decided to resign from this show, I highly recommend Edu Manzano to replace him.

I don’t think so, this column in anti-willie, but there are millions of people who love him. You are a liberal fan, just be honest, Cory Aquino did not do anything to progress our county and same thing will happen with his son, I don’t think so.
willie revillame is the greatest jerk in the philippines today, what an arrogant bastard! he does not know how to be humble… loves to take advantage of the helpless people of our country by putting them on the show and smothering them with temporary happiness of money! i am willing to respect him but he is just so over his head and acts as if he’s above and better than anyone!

Oh he thinks he really is almighty, don’t know why the network can’t get rid of him. there’s a lot of instances that he should be fired, but look at him he’s still there. What could be the reason?

I totally agree with you! Willie is the greatest jerk who ever walked on Earth! He thinks he is so high and mighty. Had he forgotten how poor he was when the MTB show was axed? I was even able to watch an episode of Eat Bulaga where he was a guest and he jokingly begged Eat Bulaga management to give him a job and I think this was before his stint at Willingly Yours…but definitely before he had his break at Wowowee. I also didn’t like the way he reacted during the late Pres. Cory Aquino’s funeral march. It made me think that he resulted to such reaction because he was no the center of the attention and he wanted all the attention only to him. This guy is so sick! His every action only proves his lack of breeding.
He was on leave at Wowowee not because of the issue with Jobert…I think this was just what he wanted people to think but truth of the matter was that he was busy with the campaign. Perhaps he was hoping that he will have greater power had Manny Villar won the presidential election.
Yes, Edu Manzo is a good host. His makes the crowd alive without the need to hurt other people’s feelings.
As a final note, I can’t wait see Willie fall…and I am sure that from the pedestal that he created for himself, he will fall really hard.
