Marcia Adams Tagaytay Review
Last Saturday, I went with other South Bloggers to Tagaytay to be a part of the Robinson’s Supermarket “I love Wellness” caravan. We spent the afternoon doing some fun activities that’s related to wellness and we also visited various booths of participating companies (more on this at www.levyousa.com soon).
After the activities, we were then treated for lunch at Marcia Adams Restaurant. I’ve never been to this place before, that’s is why I was so thrilled when the PR mentioned that we will dine here after our Robinson’s trip.
Marcia Adams Restaurant is like a secret garden because they don’t have any signage or ads on the road to promote it.
This blue door (which is actually for design purposes only) is what will greet you at the parking lot.
Upon entering the area, your eyes will feast on the beautiful green surroundings. This area is picturesque.
Take note that there’s no guard at the entrance to show you the way. But don’t worry you will not get lost with the forest-like place, just make sure to follow the pathway.
There are at least 5 areas to choose from to dine here:
This one is near the entrance, there’s no view here but this is perfect if you have a small family and you want to have the area for yourselves.
Then this is the area outside the main restaurant.
I love the interior of this place. I like anything classic and this reminds me of my childhood days in my grandparents’ house. I love the vintage chairs, hardwood tables and antique decorations.
Door to the back of the main restaurant
And this is where our group dined.
The place is quite romantic. I can’t imagine what it looks like during night time.
I appreciate the outdoor tiles too
They said that you need to spend a minimum order of P700 per head to dine here. That already consist of appetizer. main dish and dessert.
Here are the dishes that were served to us.
A complimentary bread and dip. I like that the bread is soft.
The appetizer: Amalfi Prawn – Crispy and succulent sea prawns marinated in salt, pepper, olive oil and coated with bread crumbs and pan fried.
This is highly recommended, I heard feedbacks like hmmm! and wow! with every bite. The prawn is crispy outside and juicy inside. It’s also thick by the way. The lemon at the center compliments the taste of the prawn.
The main course: Grilled Aromatic Pork β Pork massaged with aromatic herbs and spices
This is a huge piece of meat. It’s juicy and perfect for meat eaters. Most of the girls on our table was not able to finish it because it’s quite big. So sulit if you’re hungry!
The dessert- Panna Cotta with Lemon Sauce
The perfect dessert to end our sumptuous meal. Yummy!
Our bill was given inside this adorable hand made pouch.
We will surely visit this place again.
