An unexpected answer from a beggar!

I have already posted this in my FB Wall but I really can’t help but laugh every time I remember it that’s why I want to share it with you guys here too.

A while ago, I went out to have some merienda (afternoon snacks). I went to one of my favorite fast food chain, KFC. While eating, I noticed an old man looking outside from the mirror. He looks really hungry, that is why I saved my french fries to give it to him. When I was about to give it to him this is what he said “Ano yan? Kamote? Di ako nakain nyan, bawal yan sa akin”. (What’s that, a sweet potato? I don’t eat that, I am prohibited to eat that).

When I heard it, I can’t control myself to laugh. I was shocked and even embarrassed with what he said. He is even more health conscious compared to me.

I didn’t see that coming.
