Lego Inspired Birthday Party
My son will be celebrating his 7th birthday this August. I want to throw him a “bonggang” birthday party, but it will still depend if I can save some money to splurge on that day.
I asked him last year (just after a month of his 6th birthday), if what theme he wants for his next birthday party. He told me he wants a Power Ranger theme party. That is because he likes to watch the Power Rangers at that time.
Since Lego The Movie is now showing in the cinemas, he changed his mind and wants a Lego theme party. I also want a Lego theme birthday party compared to the Power Rangers because I think it is easier to do. He has lots of Lego toys compared to the Power Rangers.
Oh well, I still don’t know if this is the final theme that he likes. His birthday is still 6 months from now, so there might still be a lot of things that will happen before that. Maybe he will still change his mind.
Anyway, while I was browsing at Pinterest and Etsy (these sites are mommies’ best friend in looking for ideas), I saw these creations.

my nephew loves power rangers but when the show ended on tv, he shifted to spiderman and batman ๐ he had his 2nd bday party with batman as theme ๐ maybe when he gets older, lego will be his choice as his sister and dad love lego.

Our family love Lego ๐

Hi Mommy Levy! Our family watched the movie and it was my son’s first time in a movie house. Guess what? He slept during the 1st half of the film!!! Anyway, my son enjoys playing with his Lego (duplo) at 3. I think we’ll let him explore and have more Lego adventures in the coming years. Thanks for the ideas! These will surely help us when my toddler requests for a Lego-themed birtday party ( when he’s 7 pa! , haha!)
Mommy Levy says
I hope when his 7th birthday is near, he still wants Lego as the theme of his birthday hahaha.

That is the way the parents provide for the birthday of their kids. They want their kids to be happy. However, my question is: What about if the parents fail their kids of their expectations?
Mommy Levy says
That is why parents need to be open and include the kids in planning their party. They should orient their kids about their financial status, and that they can have a birthday party even it’s just a simple one.

Lego theme seems great not only for boys but also for girls who are celebrating their birthday. It’s quite unique and that’s good.
