as far as I know walang reservation doon at first come first serve basis. Pero that was more than 5 years ago, di ko na po alam ano system nila ngayon.
Hello Mommy Levy, panay hanap po ako sa Google search. Just want to know Kung saan po malapit sa amin ang Developmental Pedia and Behavior and na accept ng Intellicare card. Isa palang kasi nahanap ko pero Mas maganda yong malapit sa amin dito Antipolo. Sa Fatima kasi hindi nag accept ng card. Cash to cash basis sila.

Until i give up i remember kahit st. Vincent hospital ganun din ang hirap nya makontak

Hi mga mommies, na pa check ko na yung anak ko sa dev ped sa providence sa qc. last march nakalimutan ko name ng doctor, di ako satisfied sa evaluation nya sa anak ko, pinalabas nya rin ako sa room naiwan silang dalawa which is di naman nya na pa behave ang anak ko, as in nag tantrums sya, feeling ko lang din dun sa doctora hindi matiyaga sa bata o maybe namimili ng bata ewan ko as a mother you can sense it naman, ayaw kasi ng anak ko sa ibang tao lalo na pag first time nya nakita. may idea po ba kayo kung libre ang consultation sa dev ped sa PGH?
hindi po free ang alam ko pero mas mura kumpara sa private doctors. Dati 700 ata sa PGH, sa private kasi asa 3,000 pataas.

There’s a developmental pedia here in Sta Rosa Laguna pero I noticed di sya kasama sa list.i think she’s connected sa South Luzon Medical Center now Medical City Sta Rosa Laguna and Perpetual Help Biman Laguna..may school din sila for OT.ST and other behavioral problems here in Sta Rosa and Binan.

I have a 4 y.o daughter,pre k3 na sya ngayon but may mga words na bulol pa sya.her teacher told me na ipa check daw sa devped kc hindi daw nagpofocus sa lessons pero pag dancing,xcercise ok naman daw sya at kapag one on one na turuan,sumasagot naman at nakikicooperate. Actually i am hesitant na ipaconsult sya kc as per my observation ok naman sya..
Anyway,any feedback po kay Dra. Anne moral ng asian,ok po ba sya at matagal din po ba mahpasechedule sa.kanya.. salamat po at sa.blog din ninyo. God bless
may mga kilala ako na sya ang DevPed, okay naman daw. Regarding schedule, hindi po alam, kindly contact the number na lang po. If worried kayo sa anak nyo, better to ask for an evaluation kung wala naman makitang mali, e di maganda at kung meron maagapan habang maaga.

OT/ Speech and SPED Teachers ay magkakaiba. Pwede po kayo mag inquire sa mga therapy centers malapit sa inyo

iba iba po sila ng specialty kung baga. Ang SPED teacher ay tumutulong sa academics ng bata sa school. Sya yung nagtuturo sa mga lesson para mas maintindihan ng batang special. Ang OT naman ay tumutulong pano ang gagawin ng bata sa bahay (like pagkain ng tama, pakikisalamuha sa tao, icontrol ang sarili, behavior etc). Ang speech ay sa communication naman at socialization.

Hi Momshie. My son was diagnosed with autism spectrum in Batangas by Dra. Falcotelo. But I decided na ipa-2nd opinion sa Asian naman since the result nung check up is delayed speech daw ang anak ko for his age of 6 though pag andito sa bahay buong buo siya magsalita. The problem that time ayaw niya makipag cooperate sa doctor. So in-advise kami for ST & OT and not on regular school. But hesitant ako ipasok siya sa SPED.
Do you have any idea saan may inclusive schools kasi ayoko naman isama sa SPED school talaga ang anak ko and OT here in Calamba Laguna. Appreciate your reply kasi naghahanap talaga ako ng inclusive school but wala ako makita. Thanks!

My kid used to go to Alpha Angelicum Academy in BiΓ±an. they have IEP for kids with special needs. It’s a regular school but with sessions for kids with learning disabilities. it was a good school in terms of their programs but facilities are not much. Hene, my son improved here with the 2years he spent in that school. We wouldn’t have left if we didn’t have to move to a different place. Good luck mommy.

Good day! I have an apo a 9year old boy who who wets his brief and shorts everyday. We went to a doctor and the uniralysis result was fine. So the doctor said that we observe our apo and the doctor assessed that his peeing is something more of psychological. To add, he has no focus in his studies and has a hard time to remember the lessons I taught to him so the following day , he would get very low scores in quizzes and tests. He also has a habit of spitting anywherelse. Most of the time he breaks all rules leaving him scolded and hit in any part of his body by my hubby. I heard 500 per session ang OT and 1k per session ang BT. Mga mommies, may alam ba kayo na pinipilang theraphy kahit yung OT dyan sa Childrens Hospital, we’re thinking of kahit paanong reduced costs? Hello po mam, my daughter just turned 2 months old last nov. 3, and during our checkup sa pedia niya kahapon (nov. 8) may napansin c pedia nung kinarga si baby ng.stiff yung braso niya pero hindi naman yun always nangyayari sa bahay may times lang talaga siya ganun. sabi ni pedia baka raw may CP (cerebral palsy) si baby. merun po kayo ma.advise doctor dito sa davao city that could help us with her condition? pero sabi naman ni pedia niya hindi pa sure under observation pa daw. Since then di pa ulit nila napapa check ang bata. ang therapy po mommy ay around P500-P700 depende sa therapy center. Ang number of sessions per week ay depende po sa isa suggest ng DEVPED at kung anong therapy ang kukunin nya. Yes magastos po lalo na’t magsisimula pa lang kayo. Nag start kami na 2 years old pa lang anak ko from 3 sessions per week, ngayong 9 years old na sya once a week na lang. Opo matagal… depende sa development ng bata.

Hi ma’am, meron po akong son na 5yrs old going 6 na po this July. Hindi ko po alam if need ko na po ipatingin sya sa devped kasi po may ugali po sya na hndi na nmin kayang ihandle sa bahay. Masyado po syang makulit, matigas po ang ulo though i know na likas na po sa mga bata yung ganung ugali. Madalas na namin syang mapalo. Yung mga ginagawa po nya ay minsan aasarin nya lola nya, pati pinsan ko ko na mga adult na din, pag pinagalitan po sya lalong sinusutil sila nanay at kung mapalo po sya, grabe po ung galit po nya, nanununtok at kung ano ano pa po ung mga ginagawa nya sa kanila makabawi lang po sya. Minsan po kumukuha din po sya ng kutsilyo at sinasabihan po sila nanay ko na papakamatay na po sya hawak hawak po ung kutsilyo. Tapos po minsan dahil nga sobrang kulit po nya napapagalitan sya madalas, sasabihin na nman nya “sige tatalon ako sa window” ,, ung mga ganun po ginagawa nya. Hindi din po nya alam makipaglaro sa mga bata. Tapos po pag nagalit po sya sobra, pati mga pinto binabalibag po,, madami po syang ugali na hindi na po namin mahandle. He’s just 6, and a 6 years old are expected to just play around and hindi yung nag iisip magpakamatay… nakakatakot. Please look for one as soon as possible. My 19 month old baby girl is still not walking very well. Mag lalakad lang sya ng mabilis if may hawak sakanya. Napatingnan ko na sya sa ortho if may prob ba sa hips or sa paa nya, ortho told me na Flat Footed si baby and medyo loose yung joints nya and referred me to Dra. Salazar from USTH. Diagnosed agad ng GDD si baby π was advised to go for OT pero super expensive naman. May idea po kayo saan may murang OT? Php 850 kasi ang per session π Manila Area sana..

Hi Joseph, the cost depends on the program that your kids will undergo. The cost of 1 hour therapy session ranges from 400-700. Mas mahal ang speech therapy na usually around 700-900 per session.

Sa st.luke’s po nasa 5,700 ung fee ng dev.pediatrician nila..sa manila doctors po 3,500 naman po..kung naghahanap po kau mas mura sa childrens hospital po 120 lang pag opd kaso po tyagaan lang po sa pagkuha ng schedule kasi matagal po kasi marami naka appoinment..
