My tips to get a relaxing sleep using Aceite De Manzanilla
Getting a relaxing quality sleep these days is quite hard to achieve. A quality sleep isn’t only about the total number of 7 to 8 hours or longer, but it should also be relaxing so that your body will feel rested when you wake up.
I had trouble sleeping since the pandemic started, my mind is so active and I worry a lot about the things beyond my control. I know that it’s not healthy and might affect my well being. Some of the advise I heard from medical practitioners on how to be healthy during this crisis is to eat more fruits and vegetables, exercise more, take your vitamins and get enough sleep. The latter was really challenging for me.
I guess not getting quality sleep is one of the reasons why my immune system got weak and I was tested positive September last year. The doctor via teleconsult advised us to drink a lot of water and just rest well.
So I tried doing the following to get enough quality sleep, these works for me so I hope it will work for you too.
Go to bed at the same time every night
I go to bed around 9 or 10PM and wake up at around 5to 6 in the morning. Before, I go to bed at around 12pm after watching a lot of Netflix Kdrama. But now I decided to stop watching or doing anything in the computer at least 30 minutes before my bedtime. This way my brain can adjust from the blue light.
Get a comfortable bed, mattress, and pillow
I invest in quality beddings and pillows to make our bed comfy so that I will feel relaxed when lying down. I decided to change all our pillows to down alternatives because they are soft and it feels good. I vacuum our mattress often and change our sheets frequently too. I also spray linen mist to eliminates undesired odors.
Use Chamomile Oil (IPI Aceite De Manzanilla)

Exercise regularly
I do walking and jogging and my goal is to reach at least 7000 steps every day. Getting 10000 steps is already an achievement for me. These simple exercise works for me because it is not intense and I enjoy doing it. It is so simple that even my son can do it with me too. Just 30 minutes to an hour of exercise can help you fall asleep fast during the night.
Play a relaxing music or relaxing white noise
This also works for me. The relaxing white noise from my diffuser really helps me fall asleep fast. White or pink noise can help you maintain solid sleep by limiting disturbances. It’s like a signal to my brain saying, girl you need to sleep now.

I agree! Getting quality sleep helps boost our immune system. Na diagnosed din ako ng insomnia before dahil sa irregular na oras ng pagtulog kaya minabuti ko na 9pm matutulog na ako para kinabukasan relax na relax ang pakiramdam. Manzanilla user din ako. Kaya madali lang maubos sa amin ang Aceiti, ginagamit ko rin ito as immediate relaxation and help in staying asleep..
