Chowking/Foodpanda Cancelled Orders after 1-2 hours of waiting
A follower of mine posted in our group in Facebook (Mommy Levy’s Tribe) that she got a voucher worth P200 for the inconvenience she got from a cancelled order by Foodpanda. She told us that we can use the HELP button and tell the customer service of the cancelled order.
BUT, unfortunately the voucher is not applicable to all.
Just today, I had my order from Chowking cancelled for reasons I do not know. The cancellation happened after 50 minutes of waiting.
NAKAKA BADTRIP NG BONGGA!
I ordered around 11:44 am and they informed me that the order was cancelled around 12:34 pm. GUTOM NA KAMI!
I did what my follower did hoping that I will get a voucher for the inconvenience, pangpalubag loob man lang sana sa pag-aantay. But unfortunately this is just what their customer service said “just re-order”.
Because I was pissed off, I posted this incident on my FB wall and was surprised that some FB friends experienced worst.
One said that she waited for 2 hours for the cancellation notif of her order, while others did not get any notif at all.
I hope Foodpanda will check on this matter and make an effort that this will not happen again. And to the restaurants that are using their app, I hope that they will not accept orders if they think they won’t be able to deliver. Sobrang hassle sa customers ang ganito.

never pako nagorder sa foodpanda ..pinaplano ko palang po pero yung time nabasa ko sa groups at dito sa blog nyo nagdalawang isip ako umorder.

Ang hassle naman. To think na nag order ka then gutom ka na kahihintay tapos cancelled order. Ang worst thing pa kung hindi dumating order mo ng walang paabiso. Hopefully Food Panda would fix this immediately, mawawalan sila ng customers kung laging ganyan π
