We’re happy that it tasted okay naman π
Since I still have some curry cubes, I thought of using it again today for this Pork Tonkatsu. This is super easy to do because the tonkatsu is already pre-made from CDO. I bought it from our neighbor who sells CDO products. It just cost P125 for 6 pieces.
INGREDIENTS:
CDO Tonkatsu
Vermont Japanese Curry
rice
Procedure:
Cook the Tonkatsu (just follow the procedure on the packaging). Set aside.
For the curry sauce, boil 1 cup of water in a pan, then add 1 cube of the curry (this is good for 2 pcs. tonkatsu) add more
You can cut the Tonkatsu (or not, whichever way you want to serve it okay lang), put it on top of the hot rice and add the sauce.
OPTIONAL: you can add potatoes and carrots on your curry sauce if you like.
That’s it guys! Para ka ng nag YABU hahaha

I really like to try the japanese beef curry kasi dati may napanood akong japanese drama na nabanggit yung food na yun. Good thing meron na palang nabibiling curry sauce para sa ganun. Will try it soon. Nakakatakam kasi tingnan yung gawa mo Mommy Levy.
