Who is a better actress: Angel Locsin or KC Concepcion?

Last night I’ve watched the movie of Angel Locsin with Piolo Pascual entitled “Love me again”. This is the first movie of Angel with Star Cinema. Angel has already matured in acting, she did great in this movie. I think, switching to ABSCBN is really a good move for her since her acting career became better. We can not deny the fact that in terms of drama, the artists of ABSCBN are better in acting compared to GMA7. But, in terms of comedy shows, GMA7 artists are better.

I have to compare Angel to KC Concepcion because they are both new talents of ABSCBN, and both were pair with Richard Gutierrez and Piolo Pascual. KC’s debut movie with Star Cinema with Richard Gutierrez was the movie “For the first time” which is according to survey, was a blockbuster, followed up with “When I met you” under GMA7.

I haven’t watched “When I met you” yet because I was very disappointed with their first movie. I do not like how KC performed in the movie, I do not know if she was to be blamed or the director. Maybe I’ve expected too much from her, because she did great in her first TV appearance in “Maalaala mo kaya”. She’s also a good actress-singer in theater that’s why I have high expectations with her.

I believe that theater actresses are better than TV actresses because there are no cuts and film editing. You are acting live, you can’t make a mistake while you are acting, and if you did you must do something about it impromptu.
