Start your Day Right with Quaker Oats
As a mom, my day to day activities include cooking breakfast for my son and bringing him to school. Sometimes I forget to take my own breakfast because I am always in a hurry to go out the house so that we won’t be stuck in traffic.
I usually just have my breakfast when I get back at the house from school. My usual breakfast consists of a cup of coffee and a piece of bread.

Last weekend, I opened the Fruits and Nuts variants, I added some apples and kiwi and viola instant breakfast while reading one of my inspirational books.
Guess what? I felt energized and productive that day.
